Creating a one-stop-shop solution to make donating to local and international ministries a simple & beautiful experience.

Millions of us around the world have experienced a true need to simplify the experience of giving money to local and international ministries. However, it is always an unintuitive and time consuming endeavor that leads us to either not give at all or procrastinate giving. There is no one-stop-shop where we can save favorite ministries, give donations, and stay up to date on favorited ministries in one singular place. We created a beautiful and simple solution to make this one-stop-shop possible.

Problem

We discovered that over 90% of people find it tedious and time consuming to give which caused many of us to procrastinate giving or not give at all. This resulted in ministries getting less donations. A lack of a good user experience was the culprit. There are a few key problems that we had to tackle in order to find a solution.

 1) How can we create one place where people can save ministries, quickly donate, and stay up to date with ministries?

2) How can we help people who want to give but don’t know how to find the type of organization they want to give to?

3) How can we make the all inclusive giving experience super simple and elegant?

Process

After gathering and processing our research data, we tailored sitemaps and MVP wireframes. With each design iteration, we collect user-testing and feedback to continue our chase for a truly game-changing app. As we translated wireframes into interactive prototypes, our goal remained clear: Make an app that transcends previous donation experiences and helps ministries make more money, supporting their non-profit work worldwide.

Solution

After a merry-go-round of reiterations and testing, we evolved into a powerful and beautiful app that solved our pain points and ticked all the boxes. We created a robust & elegant app that allows us to save favorited vetted ministries, stay up to date with ministry notifications, and save payment methods, all within one singular and user-friendly app.

Conclusion

Tribute is an asset that empowers a massive user group to follow through with their financial donations, providing ministries a larger monthly income to serve the world. It completely upgrades the givers experience by providing a super clean, super simple, elegant design, providing robust features that have been fashioned into simple tools. The MVP features of the app are now primed for implementation.
